Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to allow time for another client to fill the slot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a charge for the treatment in full (or Gift Voucher redeemed).

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be charged and future bookings taken at my discretion.
